THE SLAM BLUES BAND are one of the most energetic original blues bands currently appearing on the Costa del Sol live music circuit. Chas Burnett along with Matt Green & Chris James bring together a wealth of experience from years of working in different areas of the entertainment business, but come together collectively to produce a great tight sound, and varied repertoire of their own original songs intermingled with classic blues tracks, based on the traditional Chicago style blues. For personal reasons they have recently re-named the band. Their first CD has just been released with 12 original tracks written by Chas.
Over the past two years they have been building up a following around Andalucia, with live concerts at Blues venues and festivals, proving popular with all different nationalities. Their stage performance is suitable for small club or large concert venues.
The release of their first CD 'Blues It Up!' has from the UK written blues press been well received and various radio stations around the world have been playing tracks. It has also been picked up by internet and blues shows in other parts of Europe and the US

El Grupo "SLAM BLUESY BAND" es uno de los más energéticos que actua en el circuito musical de la Costa del Sol. Chas junto con otros dos músicos, tienen un conjunto de experiencias que abarca todos los años trabajados en el Sector de Entretenimiento, pero juntos producen un sonido nítido y su variado repertorio de canciones propias originales se entremezcla con las canciones mas clásicas de blues. El primer CD del Grupo acaba de ser lanzado al Mercado musical con 12 canciones originales escritas por Chas.
Original de Newcastle Upon Tyne al Norte de Inglaterra, Chas es un hombre de muchos talentos que comenzó como músico y trabajó profesionalmente como Cómico presentado sus propios espectáculos de radio y Televisión
durante muchos años yvuelve ahora a sus raíces. Chas está al frente del grupo como vocalista y guitarrista.
